2.Why is there color difference?

The factors that affect the color difference are as follows:
(1)The imaging principle of computer display is different from that of printed matter; the computer screen display is based on RGB color light imaging, while the printed matter is based on CMYK four-color overprinting, so there are color differences between the screen display and the printed product.Different screens and their color setting parameters will cause different color viewing. Screen color cannot be used as the color calibration standard.
(2) In the printing process, the drying speed of the ink will be affected by the surrounding environment such as temperature and humidity. For the printing of the same batch or different batches, there will be differences due to the environmental changes in the printing workshop before and after the time period, so it is impossible to guarantee that there is absolutely no color difference.
(3) Each paper has its own unique color rendering effect, and each paper has different fiber properties. Printing ink will affect the color of finished products due to different characteristics such as paper color / ink absorption degree. If there are bright film / fog film and other post-processing, there will be some differences.
(4) Special colors such as Pantone color tickets are used in the manuscript. Some colors can be converted into CMYK according to their values, but there is still a risk of color difference. It is recommended to change colors by yourself to avoid cognitive differences.
